WHAT WE DO
The outreach committee is focused on assisting the vulnerable in our local community.

We have an extensive Backpack Ministry providing for many students in our local area.

We have done food and hygiene item drives for homeless students within Bay District Schools.

We also have a special relationship with our neighbor, Lynn Haven Elementary School.

We are in partnership with Anchorage Children's Home through a variety of donation projects.

We are developing ways to assist at-risk senior citizens.
We are "blessed to be a blessing" in so many ways!
OUR PARTNERS
Anchorage Children's Home is a non-profit organization founded on Christian principles which serves to protect and strengthen at-risk children and their families.
ACH operates:

Hidle House, an emergency shelter for abused, abandoned or runaway youth

Hannah's Transitional Living for pregnant teens 16 - 22

The Sibling Group Home
Their continuum of care services includes SOAR (Street Outreach and Recovery) and short-term family counseling.
Lynn Haven Elementary School is our next-door neighbor.
First Church is blessed to have a special relationship with the school and its students, staff, and parents.
